Kairos Recruitment is owned by Susan Sloan who has more than 30 years’ experience in personnel recruitment. She started her career in 1991 with Drake Personnel in Port Elizabeth where she specialised in the insurance and retail industry. In 1992 she won The Association of Personnel Services Organisation Personnel Consultant of the Year Award in a national competition where she was rated highest by her clients.
Susan was with Drake Personnel Port Elizabeth for five years and became an Associate at the Sandton Branch in 1997. She has been an independent consultant in the personnel services industry since 1998 and operated as Susan Muttitt Staff Recruitment before the name was changed to Kairos Recruitment in 2010.
Kim Hatchuel joined Kairos Recruitment in January 2015. Before that, she worked as the Administration and Communications Manager at a large insurance underwriter. Kim has been in corporate all of her working life and uses this experience to find the right people for the right positions.

- Specific candidate searches on recruitment portals such as PNet and LinkedIn, so that we can find the perfect candidate who meets all the criteria for the position. For this reason, we avoid placing generic adverts. We can literally narrow it down to competencies, qualifications, living location, age, and gender, etc.
- Interviewing and shortlisting candidates for specific positions, doing telephone reference checks, and compiling a full set of checks (credit, criminal, qualification, etc.) when the candidate has been successful in his or her application.
